I've got shoes (REI), socks (REI), and pants (bdu.com) down - but haven't yet found an acceptable repeatable source of tshirts, hoodies, and flannels. Just checked out Gempler's and saw that Carhartt makes women's hoodies and tshirts. Problem now 5/6 solved! (Though the tshirt colors are disappointingly girly(pink, baby blue, lavender), so it might only be 4/6 solved).
